Facts, allegations, and opinion
Documented facts are cited so a reader can open the source. Allegations, inspector-general descriptions, and opinion are labeled as such. A news story is not a finding of guilt. The criminal judgment is the § 1001(a)(3) plea described in the docket — not a wider conspiracy verdict, and not a standalone “FISA fraud” count.
