This site is independent case-file commentary and a compilation of primary records about a public figure. It is not a court. It is not a government site. It is not affiliated with Kevin Clinesmith, the U.S. Department of Justice, the FBI, the D.C. Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, or any political campaign. It is not a White House product.
Facts, allegations, and commentary
Documented facts are cited so a reader can open the source. Allegations, inspector-general descriptions, news reporting, and commentary are labeled as such. A news story is not a finding of guilt. The criminal judgment is the §1001(a)(3) plea described in the docket — not a wider conspiracy verdict, and not a standalone “FISA fraud” count.
